Deposits
50% of Total Tariff regarless of season.
Date Changes
1.Low season
• At least 14 days notice – $30.00 admin fee
• 13 days or less notice – See Cancellations
2. High Season
• At least 60 days notice – $30.00 admin fee
• 59 days or less notice – See Cancellations
Cancellations
We do not issue refunds due to bad weather; including any inconvenience or complication caused by a bad weather, or significant threat of a bad weather. Weather is by nature unpredictable and clients are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect their vacation investment.
1.Low season
• Cancellation of at least 14 days notice - refund of deposit less $50.00
• Cancellations made with 14 days or less notice - loss of deposit
2. High Season
• Cancellation of at least 60 days notice - refund of deposit less $50.00
• Cancellations made with 59 days notice but with more than 30 days notice - loss of deposit
• Cancellations made within 30 days notice - full value of the tariff unless and until the premises are
re-let. If the premises are re-let, loss of deposit.
3. No Shows
• Full value of the tariff regardless of season.
Check In - Check Out
Check in at the Rainbow Sea Resort is from 2:00PM on the day of arrival. Departing guests MUST vacate apartment by 10:00AM on the day of departure.
