Cot/Highchair/Rollaway hire $50 per item for the duration of your stay, subject to availability.

Extra person charge $40.00 per person per night. Subject to availability and strict limits apply.

1 Bedroom: 1 x King,
2 Bedroom: 2 x King or 1 King + 2 Singles
3 Bedroom: 2 x King + 2 Singles.

Cancellations
Low Season (outside QLD school holidays)

• Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival: refund of deposit, less a $100
  administration fee.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival: deposit is forfeited.

High Season (QLD school holidays)

• Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival: refund of deposit, less a $100
  administration fee.
• Cancellations made between 30–59 days prior to arrival: deposit is forfeited.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival: full booking value will be charged.

Date Changes
Low Season

• Changes made 14 days or more prior to arrival: $50 administration fee applies.
• Changes made within 13 days of arrival: treated as a cancellation.

High Season

• Changes made 60 days or more prior to arrival: $50 administration fee applies.
• Changes made within 59 days of arrival: treated as a cancellation.

Booking Information

• A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings.
• The remaining balance is due on or before arrival.
• Valid photo ID and a credit card must be presented at check-in.
